Homoeopathy Education Board, National Commission for Homoeopathy, MOA, GOI, successfully conducted the CBDC Training Programme for first BHMS course at JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital, Hyderabad (T.S) on 14/03/2023. The Advisor Homoeopathy, Ministry Of AYUSH: Govt. Of India-Dr Sangeeta Duggal, The Director North-East Institute Of Ayurveda & Homoeopathy, Shillong,(M.L)-Dr Neeta Mahesekar, The President, Homoeopathy Education Board-Dr Tarkeshwar Jain, The Secretary, National Commission For Homoeopathy-Dr Sanjay Gupta , The Additional Director-In Charge, Homoeopathy, AYUSH, Telangana State-Dr N. Linga Raju , Joint Secretary JIVA—Sriman T.S. Krishna Swamiji & Director, JIMS Health Care ,Dr Navin Pawaskar graced the program. Members-NCH, the directors & principals of homoeopathic medical colleges from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh &Telangana, the resource persons for the common and subject specific sessions & all the delegates actively participated in the programme.
The programme started at 9:45a.m. With lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries along with the prayers & was followed by the welcome note of the secretary, National Commission For Homoeopathy-Dr Sanjay Gupta.
Brief introduction about the CBDC training program was given by Dr Tarkeshwar Jain, President- Homoeopathy Education Board.
Joint secretary JIVA—Sriman T.S. Krishna Swamiji enlightened the audience about the vision & mission of the JIVA Organization.
Dr Sangeeta Duggal, The Advisor, Homoeopathy, Ministry Of Ayush, Govt of India, was the keynote speaker, to drive home the program’s main message/theme.
Director, JIMS Health Care, Dr Navin Pawaskar expressed gratitude by thanking all for making possible the organization of the CBDC training programme for first BHMS course at JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital, Hyderabad (T.S).
The inaugural ceremony was followed upon by the first session (common for all). First speaker was Dr Munir Ahmed.R who focused on- Education as a System, & next Dr Dharmendra Sharma spoke about Teaching -Learning Methods (30 Min). Dr Munir Ahmed.R continued and gave an insight into Teaching- Learning Media (30 Min) & Assessment Methods (45 Min). Lastly, Dr Bipin Jain gave a presentation on- Orientation to CBDC Tempelate.
Lunch was followed by the second session which comprised of-Orientation to The Syllabus Implementation. All the 6 subjects of the first BHMS course had expert resource persons with their presentations (happening simultaneously) as follows:
Anatomy-Dr Vaishali/Dr Prabhu Kiran.,Physiology-Dr Juhi Gupta /Dr Chirag Shah.,Pharmacy-Dr Parth Aphale.,Hom Mat Medica-Dr Vijay Krishna.,Organon & Psychology-Dr Alpesh Shah/Dr Sunita Nikumbh.,Repertory-Dr Manish Arya. All the presentations were interactive & gave an insight to the delegates about the newly set framework of CBDC for first BHMS course. The training program at JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Hyderabad (T.S)
was the 6th & concluding program.
